Lower Richland Football Wins Adidas 7 on 7 Championship

Lower Richland recently competed on June 24 in the Adidas 7 on 7 championships at Manchester Meadows Park in Rockhill, SC.   The tournament included teams from South Carolina and North Carolina.  The Diamond Hornets beat other teams with great a team effort, determination and disciple.  Way to go Diamonds!

Weight Room Will Be Closed for the Holiday

The Lower Richland High School weight room will be closed from July 4-July 8. Student athletes are not allowed to use the weight room during that time. The weight room will reopen on July 11.  If you have any questions, please contact Coach Kirlough, the head strength and conditioning coach.
